Our Annual Meeting is scheduled for Monday, July 14, 2025 at 6:30PM at 407 SW 2nd Terrace. The purpose of the Annual Meeting is to review league financial information, review and adopt league constitution, update on league projects and to elect the Board Members to continue our work into the 2025-2026 (Fall-Summer) seasons. 

ALL REGULAR MEMBERS ARE INVITED AND ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND 

Our constitution and bylaws define a Regular Member as anyone having volunteered in some capacity (coach, manager, team mom, board member, etc) and in good standing as of the last game of the Spring season. In order for our league to conduct business we need at least 1/5 or 20% of our regular members to attend the annual meeting. 

If you have any interest in joining the Board please contact us immediately with your intent.  The ballot will close by noon on July 14, 2025 to allow for electronic voting. 

If you cannot attend the July 14th Annual Meeting but would still like to receive the information and vote please notify us by emailing [email protected]. Please notify us by no later than 5:00PM on July 14, 2025. We will then forward the constitution, financial report (when ready), presentation slides, and electronic ballot. 

The electronic ballot will close at 8:00 PM on Monday, July 14th so please be sure to have your vote in by that time. 

In order to ensure that only regular members are voting on the electronic ballot you will be asked to provide your name and email but rest assured that your vote is in confidence. At the meeting an election supervisor will be named and will be responsible for ensuring the privacy for voters and results of the election.
